Week 3, the rubber meets the road as we create the beginnings of your “Flow Plan.” Taking a look all 5 areas of your business, we create a list of what to do (and what not to do) with your Leadership, Product, Customers, Service, and Systems

It is not uncommon for your to-do list to SHRINK on week 3 as most small business owners load their plate up with tactics that don’t align to their current level of trust in the market

Week 4 we take a look at the 3 “T’s” - your time, your tools, and your team making sure you have what you need to execute on your plan from week 3.

This week is especially powerful for those of you who hate accounting as we’ll work together to build a single, simple spreadsheet that will eliminate anxiety about your bank balances forever. This is the only financial document you need up through yellow level and takes less than 1 hour a month to keep up to date.

Refining your message, generating leads, and closing sales. In week 5, we teach you how to quickly identify which of the four elements a prospect is and how to appeal to their values when making a pitch or closing a deal. 

You'll learn the secrets of the 1 call close, and selling with stories. If your business is new, this is the week where you start getting your first customers and clients.

The final week is about installing rhythms into your workflow so that your daily and weekly routines keep you in flow with all of it
